Heroes Season 4 Review

"A broken vessel, an empty shell, what is a man without mind, without memory? A ghost? A body in search of a soul? With no compass to guide us, how can we know if our destiny is to seek the good, or obey the demons that whisper in our ears? The blank slate hungers to be written upon. The body thrives when the heart has a mission."
 - Samuel Sullivan

After two seasons of disappointment the viewership of the show declined drastically and the creators knew that they need to return to the roots in order to save the show. Many were skeptical when the title of the 5th volume "Redemption" was announced and many thought that it may be a risky move to "throw" everything away and redeem the series and even if it wasn't what all people expected(I personally enjoyed this season much more then the previous two) things played out pretty well. The characters evolved into the better(with the exception of Claire who from Season 1 onwards became much more like a crying barbie)and perhaps Zacarhy Quinto who played Sylar had the most interesting storylne not because he was in every episode but because he had dual roles. He had to play the brainwashed Sylar who was a someone with no memories and the Sylar who was inside Matt Parkman's head. The show's quality evolved also maybe because unlike in other seasons, each episode focused on only a few characters and not all of them. They had more space and time to set for each character where to go.So overall while there were no big changes or WTF cliffhangers at the end of the episodes I darely say that this season indeed was an improvement.

Even with the premiere episode the character improvement could be seen as the theme wasn't "let's save the world again" but they had to deal with some more personal stuff and thing. For example Peter Petrelli hoped to find redemption by saving people as a paramedic(using the ability he got from Mohinder) but knew that with a few saves the past won't be ereased.Noah Bennet who formed a new Company with Angela Petrelli , weren't looking for redemption, okay Noah was but Angela only had interest in keeping "Nathan" himself after Matt Parkman tricked Sylar into believing that he was Nathan.Matt Parkman had his issue as well and in order to find redemption he gave up using his powers but the ghosts of the past don't just go away like that, he had Sylar in his mind sometime taking over his body and doing nasty things.Hiro and Ando founded a "Dial a Hero" company in order to "save" people but the bussiness didn't go quite well.Hiro also had his own problems on a whole different level, he had brain tumor for using his powers and was dying , Claire went to University as a freshman, Tracy gone rogue and wanted to murder all of the former Company men who hurt her and while there was no word on where is Mohinder Suresh , it was a freshing idea for the show because they kept the audience guessing and maintained the suspence.

The villains of the season were the people from the Sullivan Bros. Carnival who for change weren't a threat that would cause the end of the world, really were entertaining and not just because they were played by well known actors/actress.The main baddie, Samuel Sullivan(played by Robert Knepper from Prison Break,Transporter 3) "lost" his brother and in order to get revenge decided to lure in many of our heroes to his carnival and take care of those who mean them harm. His right hand man, Edgar(Ray Park from Star Wars I, X-Men,G.I. Joe) althou started out as a sympathic villain later had a change of heart and became an anti-hero. Another interetic concept was the introduction of Lydia aka the Tattoo Lady(Dawn Olivieri from The Devil's Den, True Blood) who with her tattoos could show anything.

The worst part of the season were the lacks of some elements and twisted but ultimately unnecessary plots for example the true reason why Samuel Sullivan had such power. We were tricked into believing that he can control only earth later it was revealed that the true source of his powers were those who have abilities so in order not to become powerless he had to have people with abilities surround him. This was twisted but not bad , the real reason for saying "worst" was that we were lead to belive that the true reason why Samuel want's havoc is to avange the death of his brother(whom he killed for betraying him) but then appeared the little blondie and for several episodes we thought that all was for him to impress her but then again after she rejected him everything was still blur.So all in all the real reason for Samuel's bloodlust remained unrevealed.
While as I said the season was enjoyable a major fall could've been observed. The premiere and the first half of the season contained strong episodes and set  up some major plots and character development but as it rushed into it's second half after a month break the story even after like 6-7 episodes stood still,we didn't get the answers to Samuel's plan,we didn't see Hiro was going to live of die and even Suresh after reappearing had gone into smoke after a few episodes as well as Angela too.Claire's college life was all about whinning while Tracy was good and bad and bad again and good again and was gone during the second half, just disappeared only to show up in the last minute. Some of these storylines just felt stretched and unnecessary.
But being an improvement in the series didn't come all by itself. The writers had a great taste into giving some characters some interesting plot. The dual plot of Sylar as the body and soul.Body was tricked into believing it's Nathan while the soul was inside Matt Parkman haunting him.Mohinder being dead for weeks was an interesting plot as how he ended  up dead as well as Hiro's personal dilemma to right the wrongs of his life before he dies and bringing back former members of the show was also a good point for example the return of Charlie,Kaito Nakamura and even Adam Monroe.
In some sort of way volume 5 of Heroes did find Redemption and for that even that the series ended in a "brave new world" was an interesting and overall enjoyable concept and even that the show was cancelled in May I can say it had a decent ending.
I'll give this season a 8 out of possible 10.

Fringe - The Doomsday Device

At the 2nd season finale Walternate gave Peter's the task to built a machine that according to him can "protect" their universe from the other one and assure that they can survive the impact if there was a war coming. What Peter didn't know is that this machine called 'The Doomsday Device' is capable of massive destruction which would result the end of a universe and since Walternate is the one to use it it's no question that the prime universe is his target.Tricky thou the thing is that the machine only 'responds' to Peter's DNA.Not much after the events of 'Over There' turned out that Bolivia(or Fauxlivia or whatever her name is) was sent to the parallel side in order to recover the pieces that are missing from the device or the Wave Sink Device as it was called later. So Peter was the first piece of the  puzzle and Bolivia's mission on the other side was to manipulate him into finding and building the machine to "resolve the problem" between the two worlds.Lucky for us we got our Walter too who begins suspecting things and takes a closer look into the blueprints and the device and realises that not all things  are what they look and after succesfully seeing through Bolivia, they realise her true identity and arrest her.Ofcourse naturaly things don't go as planned and she manages to get back to her side with leaving a dead Bryoles in the other side.Olivia get's home after a long walk on the other side and the Fringe Team aquires the mysterious typewriter machine that allows them to communicate with the other side.Thing's couldn't go any better right? xD

Smallville Favorite momennts

For starters, I really love the show althou for some unknown reason I haven't enjoyed that much the first 3 seasons. They were good but didn't entertain me that much althou starting from season 4 it really amazed me and after the bit dissappointment I felt I was totally hooked.
Like I said I didn't have much favorite moments in the beginning all except maybe for a season 3 episode called *searching the episode list*  Truth which had a really funny plot, Chloe temporarily gain a superhuman ability and became a living human lie detector. Before that the season premiere episode Exile was another great episode featuring a red kryptonite hooked up Clark or Kal how he named himself and was literarilly living a life of a criminal in Metropolis like going to clubs, taking up random womans and robbing banks while having a really expensive loft and meanwhile working for the local mafia.
Season Four had it's moments as well but for some reason I missed the good filter episodes. To be honest wasn't a big fan of season five's either and was a pretty weak season from my point of view(in exception of Season seven which the critics thought was very lacking I really enjoyed thou) but an episode stood out for me, Splinter which introduced a new form of kryptonite, the silver kryptonite which caused Clark to became paranoid and doubt his friends and family and believing that they all sold him out to the Luthors. Now that episode really was enjoyable watching.
Season Six was an awesome season with having great but also low moments. An episode my friend enjoyed and watched it several times was the episode called Reunion which revealed viewers Lex's and Oliver's past as they both attended to the same university and built up their rivalry that became mutual hatred toward each other in the present.Best part, they beat the living hell out of each other in the episode finale.Gotta loved that scene, we sure did.
Then along came another seriously troubled episode Labyrinth and that was another one I really enjoyed.Clark wakes up "discovering" that he is in a mental institute and that he is crazy and delillusional and that he had a big trauma after his parent's dead which caused him to create a world to "protect himself", in one word:he's crazy and everything that happened in the past was just fiction because it didn't exist for example Jor-El is a soap, the phantom zone is a book and he didn't save Lex but caused his accident which left him paralysed for all his life.
Season Seven didn't had much stand alone or filter episodes but I really enjoyed the whole season and Descent proved that the show can have a really dark tone and be awesome at the same time.

Season Eight then was a whole new direction but I had two very favorite(lol that was said) episodes with one of them being Instinct which introduced the live version of the comic character, Maxima and nuff' said about her character.Watch the episode and you'll see what I'm talking about here. The second one was Beast which was an emotional episode rather then a funny one and featured the inner struggle of Davis Bloome aka Doomsday and his realtionship with Chloe and Clark.
Season nine was also very applaudable but my favorite had to be the episode titled Persuasion which was a Valentine's Day edition episode and featured a gem kryptonite which after infecting Clark had the wishes become true that he wished also another episode called Warrior was a big one and featured a convention called Metropolis Comic Con(ring any bell = San Diego Comic Con xD) and another thing that made this episode great was the fact that non other then Allison Mack directed it.
And so we are at Season Ten which is pretty legendary so far...

Smallville "Icarus" and "Collateral"

The show returns on 28th January, 2011 after it's fall break.Icarus which served as the last episde to air in 2010 really left us with a cliffhanger and the death of a hero and the defeat of a villain.
I'll write a shorter review of the episode here then and in the end a little sneak peek of what's to come in the new year.So Clark made a big step and finally proposed Lois at the phone booth where they "first met", well where Lois first spoke to the Blur. She said yes and they held an engagement party at the Watchtower with the presens of Tess,Emil Oliver, Courtney(Stargirl) and Cartel Hall(Hawkman). The party surprisingly goes well but later at night Oliver,Cartel and Courtney are attacked by random people who all wear a tattoo, the Omega tatto which is the symbol of the darkness.Cartel reveals that this darkness was several times on Earth during the centuries and he played a key role to defeat it everytime and described his presence as a "bright litgh" that pushed the darkness away. As revealed, Cartel is like three thousand years old.Althou later Tess,Lois and Emil are brought in for their relation to the 'terrorists', Cartel,Oliver and Clark broke into the general's office who turned out to be a ressuracted Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke and found files on his computer titled "Project Icarus" which reflects that the highter the heroes try to reach the greater their fall will be.As Hawkman faces off against Dethstroke to save Lois, Hawkman is mortally wounded and after saving Lois, he dies meanwhile Clark uses the House of El item to transport Slade into the phantom zone where he won't hurt anyone ever again. As the team gather together in Egypt to say a last goodbye to their true friend where they want to burry him ,a shinny little pyramid emerges from the tomb causing a bright flash of light knocking everybody out unconscious.
The episode scored a 4 out of 5 rating.
Next episode returns on January and will be titled Collateral and will mark the return of Allison Mack(Chloe), John Glover(Lionel Luthor) and Alania Huffman(Black Cannary).
Here's a little sneak peek of what's to come.

Fringe 308: Entrada

Fringe's ratings were up and down this season but mostly stood in the same place and if it isn't enough, FOX moved the show to Friday once returns from the hiatus after it's fall finale on December 9 meaning that probably wants to get rid of the show otherwise why would he put it on the death slot?According to the big bosses at the studio , with it's friday slot the show has more surviving chances then with thursday.Hell yeah and I'm Clark Kent.
Anyway this episode marked the end of a massive chapter this season with Olivia returning home from 'over there' and Bolivia returning home 'overe there'.Honestly there were a few plotholes and non sense stuff but overall the episode was one of the greatest episodes this season so far.The opening sequence was slightly different to with the color shifting from blue to red and vice versa reflecting that the episode is shifting between the two parallel universes.
The episode started with Peter finding out(with little help) that the woman he has been sleeping with for weeks is actually Bolivia, Olivia's counterpart from the other side. After calling Walter and Broyles in, the team began the investigation to find the doppleganger leading them to Bronx where they found the type writer that can communicated between the two worlds.
Over there, Olivia is locked down and Walternate is planning on sending her back to her world but not before they take her brains out to examine on it.Col.Broyles helps Olivia escape with this sacrificing himself and Olivia finally get's home.Astrid phones Broyles and informs him about Olivia's safe return from the other side but Bolivia is gone. She went home too.
Now with Olivia home, Peter decides to tell her his relationship with Bolivia and how he thought it was the real Olivia but he's affraid what she will think.Broyles meanwhile stares at his alternate self who was found dead after Bolivia went back.Astrid is happy to see her teammate while Walter is still trying to understand how the Doomsday device works that Walternate wanted Peter to use in order to destroy the parallel universe because as he said:"There's a war between the universes and only one of them can survive the impact."
I rate this episode with a 4.5 out of 5.
*Let's hope Fringe's ratings are better on the Other Side xD.

Hellcats Season 1 so far

Hellcats was the only new show I've expected to watch this season on The CW but things changed. The show is based upon a bestseller book but with some heavy differences according to several sources. The series stars Aly Michalka as Marti Perkins, a girl who wants to get her scholarship and finish the lawyer's university but she doesn't have enough money so decides to get involved into cheerleading. She befriends a cool girl there, Savannah. She first makes enemies but soon things will get sorted out.

The first quarter of the season so far was about being able to be in several places in the same time.Marti struggled between cheerleading, university, friendship with both Savannah and her childhood friend Dan. She manages to "calm" her enemies down saying that she will leave once she has the money to carry on her carrier. Savannah eventually falls in love with Dan but afraid that Dan and Marti has something really dark between them. Something that happened in the past and non of them moved on with it.

But not only they have things to worry about. As the 20 year old girls are having dilemmas dark things happen at the school office too.Lewis, who is also part of the Hellcats team, has daddy issues as turns out that his dad is corrupt with the half of the school so for a back up plan the office calls back a legend from the past, Red Raymond to clear things out and make football a legend once more.Sure Red has some "things" to as it is revealed that he had a sexual relationship with Venessa in the past which endangers her current relationship with her fiancee, Derick who is also a coach at the school.Sure also Red isn't as clean as well as many thought.

The second quarter focuses on Marti's solo mission on trying to release a man from prison who was sentenced to life for a crime that wasn't that grave.Marti and her partner, a nerdy guy decide to get him out no matter what but things don't go as good as they plan.Meanwhile it is revealed that Marti slept with her best friend Dan once and lied to Savannah about it.

The show at first impression looks like a teen soap opera but I assure you it's nothing like that. It's like comedy mixed with action, drama and...well no words for it xD.The show sure keeps getting better and better and the song choices are awesome as well that fit the episodes best.I'll rate the first season with a 4 out of possible 5.

Smallville Season 10 so far

Smallville's final season aired premiered on September 24th and was one of the strongest premieres in the history of the show but if someone would ask me which premiere I loved most then I couldn't choose between Lazarus and last year's  Savior. The premiere drawn up four storylines for this year. The first was the "main" storyline with Clark beginning his final journey toward becoming Superman, the second was this season's main plot, the Darkseid plot, the third was the Suicide Squad alongside with the VGA(Vigilante Registration Act) and the fourth but least ,my favorite, the return of Lex Luthor and we got in the first round two Lex clones.A younger Lex and the crazy older one.To be honest from my point of view the Lex storyline has more potential because the VGA is kinda lame in the show because it's a used concept in the comics day-by-day so we see 24/7 and the Darkseid which is a big deal to the producers in the final year, need more "attention" and so far we've only seen a few times since the season began but this may change during the second half of the season.

The premiere was watched by 2.98 million people which is the biggest number in the history of the CW on a friday.Last year Smallville was third among the CW's most watched television shows with Vampire Diaries on the first place and Supernatural on the second. The 4th episode of the season called Homecoming was the show's 200th episode so it was considered as a milestone episode and drawn 3.20 million people and after a few overall ratings the show got the first place on 2010-2011 season CW list with Vampire Diaries moving to the 2nd place and Supernatural on the 4th.

The least favorite episode of mine this year was the episode Ambush, don't get me wrong I enjoyed it but for some reason I felt it was weak considered that since the premiere all we got was strong episodes.

So Lex is back, but without Rosenbaum.Yet.In the premiere we were introduced to the Cadmus where Lex made clones of himself in order to 'heal' himself if a serious damage was done to him but too bad for him because he died before he could 'rip the benefits' as the elder clone said.McKanzie Gray, who played the old Lex clone(around 50 yrs old) escaped from Cadmus and destroyed the other clones claiming that there is only ONE Lex Luthor and went after Clark.Of course one more clone remained alive ,a child clone of Lex known as Alexander who then Tess Mercer took under her wings.Old-Lex died of "natural causes" due of his 'problem' of aging fast but not before he set up a deadly trap for Clark. He either saves the woman he loves or saves thousands of people by stopping the explosion that rocks the Daily Planet but we viewers didn't had headaches because in old fashioned Smallville style, Clark saves the day ultimately. The other Lex, Alexander manifests the same illnes and  begins aging too ultimately ending up shaving his head to bald and calling himself Lex after "regaining" the original Lex's memories. This storyline looks interesting too.

Another thing worth mentioning is that we finally saw the Superman suit. It's the same suit that was used in "Superman Returns" movie according to executive producers.Speaking of suits, Clark changes his wardobe this season and dumbs the super-cool-matrix looking black coated costume and changes back into the red/blue colored form.

One thing is for sure:This season will be legendary and we got a list of returning characters from previous seasons.Michael Shanks (Hawkman), Jessica Parker Kennedy (Plastique), Laura Vandervoort (Supergirl), James Marsters (Brainiac 5), Chad E. Donella (Bugboy), Michael Ironside (Sam Lane), Peyton List (Lucy Lane), John Glover (Lionel Luthor), Alan Ritchson (Aquaman) Teri Hatcher(Lois' mom), Callum Blue (Zod), Michael McKean (Perry)  Anette O’Toole (Martha) and John Schneider(Jonathan Kent).

I rate this season with a 4.5 out of possible 5 so far.The last episode this fall airs on 9th December 2010 with the episode called Icarus and will feature the last appearance of Hawkman. He won't die right?Right?Right?xD

Fringe Season 3 so far...

I've heard many thoughts on season 3 of Fringe and I have to heavely disagree with most of them.People are keep whinning about how complicated the show became with one episode taking place in the prime universe and other episodes on the parallel universe.I think that THAT is what makes this show NOT a soap opera and better then any other teenage drama crap. It's really a mature darker show with a wierd sense of humor and I love it!
I've really enjoyed season 3 so far.Better then season 2 from my point of view and I'm glad that we see more alternate universe this year just like how the producers said odd-numbered episodes will take place in the alternate universe with the red sequence opening and even-numbered episodes in the prime universe with the usual blue title sequence.
So the season kicked in pretty awesome with Olivia trying to escape from 'over there' to get back home but then get's caught and she's tricked onto believing that she's the alternate universe Olivia while the true Alternate universe Olivia is in the prime universe trying to play the 'real' Olivia .The season premiere "Olivia" and the upcoming episodes "The Box" and the "The Plateu" were really strong from my point of view.Sure things can get little confusing after a while but if you pay attention there's no way on Earth that you can't understand it.The only negative feedback I can give so far is that they killed off Thomas Newton in "Does Shapeshifters Dream of Electric Sheep?".I mean he was my fave bad guy from the show and also he was the main antagonist of season 2 and now they just had him commit suicide in order not to blow alternate Olivia's cover in the main universe.I was a bit skeptical that how will the producers manage to hold up but gladly I was wrong because after the 3 weeks hiatus the show returned with "Amber 31422" and did a pretty good job with that episode. The following ep "6955 kHz" was a low point for me because I didn't enjoyed the episode that much but this week's episode "The Abducted" made up for that because we got a new villain called Wyatt Toomy aka the Candyman and a bit cliffhanger ending with Peter Bishop finding out that the Olivia he's with is NOT 'their' Olivia.
Next episode "Entrada" will air on 2nd December and likely to be the fall finale episode until 2011 january.
I rate the season so far with a 4.25 /5

"Luthor" , "Icarus", "Collateral" ,"Beacon"

The upcoming episodes of Smallville are going to be amazing. This week's episode "Patriot" will mark the return of Arthur"AC"Curry aka. Aquaman and the first appearance of his wife and his relationship with his wife mirrors Clark's and Lois' relationship according to producer Kelly Sounders.
Then in December 3rd episode "Luthor"  John Glover returns as Lionel Luthor who was killed during the show's 7th season. This episodes present a parallel universe where Clark was found by Lionel Luthor instead of the Kents and here Clark Luthor is a murderer and Lois is engaged to Oliver Queen.
After this,on 10th of December airs "Icarus", the fall finale episode of the show which'll mark the return of Allison Mack as Chloe Sullivan and the last appearance of Michael Shanks aka Hawkman
Upcoming episodes "Collateral" and "Beacon" also mark the return of Anette O'Toole who played Martha Kent, Dinah Lance and the re-appearance of Lionel Luthor. The last two episdoes will air sometime in january of 2011.

Supernatural 6x07 "Family Matters"

They say, that a  man without soul is not a man. They're right and Sam Winchester proves that.Once brought out from Lucifer's cage by Crowley the Crossroad demon who now became the King of Hell, Sam's soul was ripped out. Also mysteriously grandpa Samuel returned and we found out how.He was brought back by Crowley as well who gave him the assigment to "collect" monsters such as alpha vamps for him in exchange for living. The episode marks one of the best episodes this season even thou I didn't enjoyed the season in the beginning,I felt that the writers had no clue where the story development was heading but last week's epidode "You can't Handle the Truth" took a pretty drastic turn and went down in a dark path which sets motion for the rest of the season until the fall finale episode "Appointment In Samarra" which'll air on 10th December.
So the season from my point of view started out damn weak and bad, I felt that it was created out of obligation but as the episodes went on and the whole Sam mystery went on I became more and more curious and suddenly felt that Supernatural regained it's glory.Don't want to judge a book by it's cover so I'm not gonna praise the season just for now so I'm gonna go now and hope that by May 2011 we look back and say"Season 6 was a great season".

2 years since Prison Break S04 Premiered!

It's been two years and a bit since Prison Break aired it's last season premiere. It was on a monday, september 1st, 2008.The premiere episode called "Scylla" was a pretty strong opening and took the show's final season into a new way which I pretty much loved.Season four was the second best season for me after the second season and the second half of the premiere "Breaking & Entering" was a bit let down for me.The following episodes "Shut Down" , "Eagles & Angels","Safe & Sound","Blow Out" and "Five the Hard Way" were about the six scylla card holders and during these episodes the series slowed down a bit until the november sweeps with "The Price" and "Greatness Achieved" where they killed off 3 characters. The first was Roland Glenn, the IQ guy who soled out his friends, the second was also a new comer , the hired assassin of the Company , Wyatt who was killed by ex FBI agent Alex Mahone to get revenge of his son's murder then the third but not least was Brad Bellick, a veteran character from Season 1 who sacrificed himself in order to help his team mates succeed in their mission.Upcoming two episodes "The Legend" and "Quiet Riot" seemed to wrap up some storylines and the first half of the season after Michael and the team recovered Scylla and gave it to their boss, Don Self who in the upcoming three episodes "Selfless","Deal or No Deal" and "Just Business" double crossed them and tried to sell the item to the highest bidder in order to get money and help his wife. The remaining two episodes which aired until 22nd of December, 2008  "Going Under" and the "Sunshine State" introduced a new storyline and a new villain for the rest of the season.Michael got operated by the Company which meant that Lincoln joined the bad guys and teamed up with his past foes T-Bag(from Season 1-4 was the main bad guy),Gretchen(who tried to kill him and his son in Season 3) and Self(who double crossed them in Season 4) and the main villain who now had Scylla in Miami was non other then his and Michael's birth mother, Christina Rose. The show went on a hiatus and resumed on 17th April of 2009 with the episode "The Mother Lode".The upcoming episodes "Versus","S.O.B." and "Cowboys & Indians" resolved around the boys trying to get back Scylla until the General arrived in Miami and decided to take matters into his own hands. The series finale episodes "Rate of Exchange" and "Killing Your Number" served as the boys took down the bad boys someone persumed dead returned and exonarated everybody  so everyone could start with a fresh page until Michael died of his brain tumor which eventually returned.
The series finale movie titled "The Final Break" was released on DVD and Blu Ray on July served as a plot between the last scene of the final episode which reflected what happened before the flashforward scene.
The Final Season was released on August of 2009 on DVD and Blu Ray.

Vampire Diaries 2x05 "Rose"

Wow!Just Wow!This episode really kicked ass.First we met two vampires Rose(guest stars Lauren Cohen from "Supernatural") and Trevor(guest stars Trent Ford from "Smallville") who are running from the "Originals" the first of the vampires who's leader is Klaus a vampire who was born before the pyramids were built so you can imagine who old he could be xD. Rose and Trevor kidnapped Elena from the masquerade party in order to sacrifice her to break the "curse of the moon and sun" and for that the blood of a doppelganger was required and turned out that Katherine or better known now as Katerina Petrova is a doppelganger as well so the original who looked like she and Elena may be out there as well.We see some Supernatural styled action as well with Damon and Stefan while they're riding in a pretty 50's car and how they deal with a 500 yrs old vampire, Eljah(guest stars Daniel Gillis from "Spider-Man 2"), well that really was...nice...x)
Next episode "Katerina" airs on The CW on 11/11/10 and won't be new episodes until 12/02/10.

Force Unleashed 2 Review

So I have been waiting for this game for a quite a while.Overall despite all the negative feedback I loved the game and enjoyed it even though it was damn short. The gameplay was really similar to the first one.I played in on my PC so I haven't noticed any drastical changes in the gameplay. The only difference was the way 'force grip' was "used".There are also a few extra things in the game like the dual lightsaber wielding and the new force power called 'jedi mindtrick' which can be very useful in certain situations. Also a new sequence was added, the 'run for your life' action sequence which is quite similar to the style from the Prince of Persia:Warrior Within game where you had to run for your life from the mysterious time creature called the Dahaka.
The game opens with Darth Vader telling Starkiller that he is a clone and was the first subject who survived in isolation for thirteen days which is impressive for the fact that others have came and went mad before him.Vader then tells the clone that he must destroy what the real Starkiller created and learn to hate what the real one loved. Easier said than done , the clone sends some lightning at the dark lord and escapes from Kamino and heads to Cato Nemoidia to free the real Starkiller's jedi mentor, general Rahm Kota. After defeating the giant creature known as the Gorog, Rahm Kota and the clone have a really nice chat which ends with them going into separate ways. The clone goes to Dagobah where he encounters the 900 yrs old jedi ,Yoda. After facing his inner darkness in the dark side caves, the clone picks up the general again and they go to the Salvation where they learn that Starkiller's love interest, captain Juno Eclipse had been captured by the bounty hunter,Boba Fett in order to lure the clone to the dark lord back to Kamino. The clone "falls" for the trap and tracks them down to Kamino where Vader and him engage into a really intense force/lightsaber duel. The clone ends up victorious and you have a choice:If you choose the cannon light side ending then you spare Vader's life who is taken into custody by the New Republic and Juno and the clone are "reunited", however if the player chooses the dark side ending, the clone is killed by a mysterious figure who wields the original Starkiller's sith lightsaber and kills the general and his men.In the end turns out that the figure is non other then a perfect clone of the original starkiller whom emotions have faded away after he gave himself to the dark side.Vader orders him to search the far reaches of the galaxy and destroy the Rebels. This ending is non-cannon.

Fringe 3x05 "Amber 31422"

It's been a while since "Do Shapeshifters Dream of Electric Sheep?" which aired on 10/14/10.I've been waiting for this new episode for a while now. Aaron & Shawn Ashmore also guest star in this episode Aaron is well known from Smallville(Jimmy Olsen) while his twin brothers also guest stared in Smallville twice but his major role came with his role of Bobby"Iceman"Drake from the X-Men trilogy.
Overall this episode was pretty impresive.I'd rate it with a 4 out of 5.Olivia finally regains her memories and learns how to travel between the prime universe and the alternate universe.Walternate and Colonel Philip Broyles still are afraid of "Bolivia" regaining her true memories which like I said eventually happened in the end of the episode.Peter Bishop helped Olivia with revealing a few differences between the universes like how the Twin Towers were destroyed or how her sister, Rachel has a daughter and live in Chicago etc., with this "freeing" her memories and finally convincing her that she doesn't belong there.
The episode's plot resolves around this plus the usual dose of high-action-adrenaline when a man frees his twin brother from the amber which is a molecular 'thing' that hibernates the host.During the episode, the twin brother's struggle between peace and love and they end up eventually switching places with the "right" brother getting redemption for his past actions while the  "wrong" brother being sealed away in the amber just like the other brother's been for 4 yrs.
Next episode will take place "over here" titled "6955 Khz" and will air on FOX on 11/11/10.
